Definitions

Where we use the term “Website” below, we are referring to https://cascadestrategies.com.  Where we use the term “Website Owner” below, we are referring to Cascade Strategies, Inc., 22525 SE 64th Place, Suite 242, Issaquah, WA.  Where we use the term “company” or “Cascade Strategies” below, we are referring to Cascade Strategies, Inc., a corporation registered in the state of Washington.  Where we use the term “user” or “users” below, we are referring to people who visit the Website and use the functions and features of the Website.

SMS Provisions

From time to time we may share information with you via SMS (“text messaging”). This information relates to our polls and market research studies, where you can go to provide your opinions, how you can qualify for a study, gifts or benefits you may receive for participating in our studies, and so forth. We do not use SMS communications to ask for your personal information (e.g., name, address, Social Security Number, etc.). Instead, we use this form of communication to inform you about our research studies and how you can participate (or to thank you for your participation).

To faciliate this, we ask for your consent to communicate with you via SMS. You grant us this consent on the online forms, websites, and hosted web surveys that we use to conduct our polls  and market research studies. When you grant us this consent, we do not share such consent with any third parties, nor do we share any telephone numbers associated with SMS messaging.

When you grant us consent to communicate with you by SMS, you do so under the following Terms and Conditions:

  • By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Cascade Strategies.
