Maintaining strong relationships with consumers for better health outcomes
Blue Cross Blue Shield gave us a large volume of internal member files for statistical exploration. We used Deep Learning exploratory techniques to help Blue Cross Blue Shield focus on the “Provider” persona.
This person has started a family at a relatively early age and is deeply concerned with the health needs of young family members – sometimes even neglecting their own personal health needs to accomplish this.
We developed an application to help Blue Cross Blue Shield maintain strong relationships with these types of consumers throughout their health journey.
